Range Rover Suspension
We can offer a complete test and diagnosis of all Range Rover air suspension problems either on the vehicle or of individual system components.
Over the years the Range Rover air suspension system has evolved into the sophisticated and complex system that is present on todays vehicles.
The requirements demanded of the system are such that it has to be able to provide a comfortable and safe ride in all environments from high speed motorway journeys to severe off road situations.
Modern control electronics provide the brains to operate the system and monitor its responses, logging any faults that are detected.
Normally the system has proven to be reliable but if even if a minor fault occurs, it can cause the suspension to cease to operate.
The basic system comprises of:
Suspension computer (ECU), four suspension air bags, four height sensors, valve block, compressor, air reservoir, several metres of air pipes, cable, sensors, switches etc.
